CentOS6.5で確認しました。

以下のように再起動失敗します。
# service postfix restart
postfix を停止中: [失敗]
postfix を起動中: [失敗]

以下のコマンドで原因を調べることができます。
# postfix check
postfix: fatal: /etc/postfix/main.cf, line 687: missing ‘=’ after attribute name: “permit_mynetworks”
